Company
ECOCORE manufactures what wildfire-zone construction now requires.
In wildfire-zone construction, combustible structural assemblies are becoming harder to insure, harder to finance, and harder to justify. Insurability is now the gatekeeper.
ECOCORE was founded to address this at the structural level. ECO-SPAN™ is manufactured from 87% recycled EPS and engineered as a horizontal structural envelope that interrupts fire propagation where structural failure begins.
Through Ohana First Foundation and Ascend Shard Housing, ECOCORE deploys ECO-SPAN™ for veteran affordable housing and recovery reentry programs — applying the same structural standard to communities that need it most.

Three Pillars
Non-Combustible Structural System
ECO-SPAN™ replaces combustible wood joists, trusses, and ceiling assemblies with a non-combustible composite structural system.
Engineered for Wildfire-Zone Construction
Designed to interrupt structural fire spread from below and above. Resistant by design to termites, insects, mold, and moisture-related degradation.
Made in America
All ECO-SPAN™ components are manufactured domestically. No tariff exposure. Structured for regional distribution across Western U.S. wildfire-zone markets.
Operating Principles
Four principles that guide every decision
Resilience by Design
Every system we manufacture is engineered to perform where conventional materials fail. Resilience is not a feature — it is the specification.
Circular Manufacturing
87% recycled EPS — otherwise destined for landfill — is the raw material for ECO-SPAN™. Waste becomes structural value.
Community Impact
Manufacturing capacity is directed toward veterans, individuals in recovery, and communities displaced by wildfire through Ohana First Foundation and Ascend Shard Housing.
Operational Discipline
ECOCORE prioritizes manufacturing rigor, production capacity, and responsible platform growth over short-term volume. Execution is the standard.
Operations
Laughlin, Nevada
Corporate headquarters is being established in Laughlin, Nevada, positioning ECOCORE for regional distribution across Western U.S. wildfire-zone markets.
California operations serve the Palisades Rebuild and WUI zone construction across Los Angeles, Ventura, and San Bernardino counties.
